Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, even if the outer packaging is damaged.

  • Proof of the issue (if applicable) must be submitted in the form of clear images or an unedited video.

  • For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery for fast resolution.

To protect your claim, we recommend recording a video when opening your package, especially if it appears damaged or tampered with.

Return & Exchange Process

After reviewing your request, we will provide a prepaid return label in approved cases.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive:

  • A full refund including shipping if the product was damaged or incorrect, or

  • A replacement product sent to your original delivery address.

Timeframe

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
